How It Works
Step 1: Pick your location and desired date & time.
Public parks, back yards, and decks are perfect outdoor settings for our picnics. Want to keep it indoors? Clear a spot in your living or dining room and we'll transform your space! If you're stumped, we're glad to help you find your perfect spot. Our picnics are 2 hour events.
Step 2: Pick your theme.
Visit Our Themes tab to browse our adorable set ups. We're happy to tweak our themes to fit your vision and preferences.
Step 3: Decide on your party size.
Our starting price covers your first 8 guests. Each additional guest is a flat fee per guest. Keep scrolling for pricing information! Currently, our max party size is 50 guests but we hope to increase that number in the future.

Pricing Information
Our goal is to provide the most affordable pricing in the Indianapolis area. We are always happy to talk with you about our prices and figure out a plan that works for you and your family!
All of our packages start at $250
The first 8 guests are covered in our starting price and each additional guest is $30. A travel fee will be calculated based on picnic location.
Our picnics always include the following:
-Table and pillow seating
-Plates, glasses, tea cups, napkins, cutlery
-Themed table décor
-Sparkling/bottled water
-One personal charcuterie box from Brie & Bartlett per guest
-Your choice of one the following drinks:
-Hot tea assortment (cream and sugar provided)
-Iced chai tea or coffee bar (cream, sugar, toppings provided)
-Lemonade (Flavor options: lavender, raspberry, strawberry, or peach)
- Iced tea (Flavor options: raspberry, strawberry, or peach)
-A personalized Welcome sign
-Set up and break down

We accept payment by Venmo (@MagnoliaEventsIN), PayPal (@MagnoliaEventsIN) and cash. We do charge the standard IN sales tax of 7% for all sales.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What if it rains?
A: We require that you have a back-up location planned in case of weather. We suggest picking a park with covered areas or simply allowing us to set up in your living room! View our cancellation and refund policy for more info.

Q: Do you still book pop up picnics during the winter?
A: Yes! You can have a picnic any time of the year with us. We're currently working on some holiday themes that we're super excited about! Tea with Santa, anyone??

Q: How far will you travel for an event?
A: We are based out of Avon, IN. We can travel up to 50 miles outside of Avon. We do charge a $50 travel fee for locations that are 20+ miles away from Avon.

Q: We need help with our event but don't want a full picnic- are there other ways you all can help us with our event?
A: Of course! We also specialize in balloon art and event rentals. Want to use your own dining room table? We got you covered with a beautiful table scape. Just send us a message for more details.

Q: What if my picnic is only for 2 people?
A: We love a romantic date night! The price is still $250 but we have several upgrades and add-ons available to offset the cost!
